Workouts just don’t seem so bad when you only have to do each part for 30 seconds. So this one’s super easy to do at home:

30-Seconds for each with a 10 second interval between sets. The 12 exercises should be done in the following order:

• Jumping jacks
• Wall sits
• Push-ups
• Abdominal crunches
• Step-ups onto a chair
• Squats
• Triceps dips on a chair
• Planks
• High knees/running in place
• Lunges
• Push-ups and rotations
• Side planks

1. God has predestined for us to be like Jesus here on this earth. But the only way to get there is to keep looking at Him and not our own flaws.

2. Focusing on our efforts not to sin is self centered and vain. Focusing on Jesus and loving Him is the only thing that will defeat sin in our lives.

Once I posted a novel online about a girl who was in love with her abusive ex-boyfriend and people genuinely asked me if I’d ever been through that. And of course I haven’t but it was one of the strangest and best compliments on my writing I’ve ever gotten.
